Q.   If I purchase an Incorporation Kit will I be able to fill out all the forms myself?

A. Yes, the forms are easy to fill out and we have also included "plain English" instructions for completing the forms. Most of them are fill-in the blanks and/or write the same information in several places on the form (i.e.: your name, business name, business address, business phone and fax number, type of business, Federal ID number, etc.).

Q.   What if I am not sure how to fill out a form or have questions filling out a form?

A.  All of our kits come complete with instructions but if you still have questions, you can e-mail your question to us and we will respond back to you within 24 hours.

Q.  What if my Corporation will have employees and/or sales tax? Do I need special forms prior to hiring my employees and prior to any sales?

A.   Yes, and that's what makes our Incorporation Kits so special! We've included registration forms for all Federal and State sales, payroll and other business taxes plus exemption forms, payroll posters, and many other tax-related forms you need to get started and we've done all this at a very low cost to you!

Q.   How does your kit compare to your competitors, or versus hiring a CPA and Lawyer?

A.  Our competitors offer only the charter itself. That is the first (but not the only) step to setting up your company. Usually you will still need to hire at least an accountant (and probably a lawyer) to complete all the proper required registrations. After paying hundreds of dollars to each professional you probably won't get all the items required by the government (such as labor posters). We give you all the Federal and State required items that competitors, CPA's, and lawyers may not, all at a small fraction of their price!
